Butter

Sour milk cheese
200 g
Eggs
1 pc.
Sour cream
70 g
Sugar
50 g
Starch
1 tsp.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the cookies with butter – this will be the base.
Beat the cream cheese, egg, sour cream, sugar, and starch until smooth.
Step 2
Beat the cottage cheese, egg, sour cream, sugar, and starch until smooth.
Step 3
Place the base into molds and pour in the cream cheese mixture.
Microwave for 3–5 minutes – perfect texture guaranteed!
Add a spoonful of jam – and enjoy!
