Beat the cheese, cream, 50 g of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar into a creamy mass.

In another bowl, beat the butter with 50 g of powdered sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy. Combine the curd mass with the butter mass, mix. The cream is ready!

Dip the "Maria" cookies in coffee and layer them, alternating with the cream. Each layer gives the cake even more tenderness and aroma!

Spread the cream on the top and sides of the cake. Crush the remaining cookies and decorate the cake.
Leave it for a few hours to soak - and it's done!
